Overview/Philosophy

Lara Secondary College first opened in January 2003. The College is the result of years of campaigning by a number of community members who had the vision to see a clear need for a secondary educational setting in the centre of a growing town.

Lara Secondary College will continue to grow and will offer a full 7 – 12 program by 2008

Lara Secondary College is developing as an exemplary and exciting learning environment where the needs and potential of each individual becomes the basis of the learning and teaching processes.
