The Year 7 group has had a very smooth start to the year, and this is reflective of the hard work by staff at our local Primary Schools, staff at Lara Secondary College and our families in supporting students during this very important transition phase. We would also like to extend a warm welcome to those families who have joined us in other year levels.

Year 7 and 8 students in Mr Wang’s ELO China 101 learned basic Chinese language and experienced Chinese culture and history in the class. They also enjoyed the tasty Chinese dumplings made by themselves.

The HOL team sourced raw pallets from Geelong Brush Company and then tirelessly prepared the pallets into workable timber to create their masterpieces.
